Our orders are shipped through UPS. Click our shipping link at the top of the page to see a map with estimated shipping times. Most orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard time are shipped the same day. Transit times are listed in business days, weekends and holidays are not included.

1. Please take a moment to examine your package and make sure you have ordered and recieved exactly what you wanted. 2. Call us immediately if you have any concerns so we can issue you an RMA number. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number and invoice or they will be refused. 3. All returned merchandise must be unused, in new condition and in it’s original packaging. we will not accept merchandise in it’s own box covered with shipping tape and labels. This means that if it is open, used or the box is destroyed it cannot be returned. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Returned merchandise will be charged a 25% restocking fee. 4. Customer assumes responsibility for for any shipping charges on returns. 5. Sgt. Splatter’s is not a warranty repair station. For warranty repair please refer to the product’s manufacturer. Although we do offer repairs for a fee. 6. All returns must be sent through UPS to the address on the invoice.
